I have bought several vehicles from this company (Car Sure) & every time the service & support was fantastic. One of the vehicles did have a fault, however this was dealt with & resolved with no hesitation and at no extra cost. My wife's vehicle has recently just broken down (not purchased from Car Sure) I was supported by the AA, who followed me to Car Sure the same night. I asked Car Sure to repair this (starter motor) this was done within a few hours at a very good cost rate. Again the service & support was on another level. I personally will not use any other car dealer or garage from the experience that i have received over the years from Car Sure. I have now also convinced my wife of this in any future car purchases.

Arranged to buy a Ford focus a couple of months ago and required to travel from North Wales to collect it. Quite daunting travelling so far and parting with a few £k. Excellent communication throughout. Got picked up from the train station, had absolutely no pressure to buy the car and was free to inspect the car on my own. Test drive carried out on my own too, so again no pressure. Very happy with purchase.

Drove home, few hours drive and found a slight oil leak. Contacted Carsure and they happily requested me to take to a garage of my choice for inspection of fault. Carsure covered the cost. Added bonus that they paid the invoice to the garage the next day so they were also happy. Thank you for a pleasant and problem free transaction

Couldn't recommend these guys enough. I've recently purchased an insignia from here and it had needed a new timing belt and oil leak fixing which was done before picking it up. A couple days later I had an issue with the gearbox and they took it in and fitted a new one free of charge, also recommended a new clutch to fit whilst they were doing the gearbox to avoid a massive job down the line. They had lent me a courtesy car whilst this was getting done.

A few weeks ago the engine light had come on and it required a new catalytic converter which again they fitted with no charge.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend will 100% be getting another car from here in the future.

My experiences of all other garages/dealerships do not come close to the efficient, honest, informative, dedication to help provided by the guys at Carsure Rotherham.
I was nervous of buying a car anyway due to unlucky/bad prior experiences with car salesmen (being a female in my early 20s)
but these guys made sure my experience was comfortable, that i had all the information I was asking for, and could trust that they would do their best to ensure smooth sailing.
They repaired all minor issues with the car before finalising the sale, and have even carried out small repairs for me since my purchase without question!

Literally cannot recommend this dealership enough! Lovely people, lovely cars, lovely customer service. 10/10.

Bought a car from carsure and can honestly say they have been fantastic. After a couple of little faults they have had my car in n fixed with no problem. They truly can't do enough for you. They made sure I had alternative car from them while fixing mine. Even lending me their own car when I needed a bigger one for a couple of days.. I wish I could give them more star's. I got a toyota avensis car in August 2024 from car sure company in Rotherham the transition of the vehicle was smooth and also for wonderful customer service as am initially nervous if the car would be okay or not but Kelvin and Karl assured me that if there is any issues what so ever with regards to the car i should either put a call through or drive it down to the office if i can that they would get it fix and I must be sincere you guys have been keeping to your promise which means alot to me. Would be glad to still patronise your company and mind you i have refer the company to four of my friends already.

After seeing a car I liked advertised, I rang to enquire about it. I spoke with the owner, who was very pleasant and helpful on the phone. I went to the showroom and we got a very warm, friendly welcome. There wasn't any pushy salesman and we were left to wander around (after being told to give the owner a shout if we needed any info) at our leisure. We had a test drive and decided to buy. The whole process was quick and smooth (not rushed though) and they were very good sorting out a couple of little things that needed doing. Would definitely consider this place again when buying again.

I bought a Volvo from the dealership last week, and I can say that the service and help provided are outstanding! They helped me with booking the servicing and requested consumables to be changed before the delivery, repaired and repainted the tailgate and delivered the vehicle clean and sanitised.
5/5 start for the service provide and fully recommended!

You can be a(Car)Sure of excellence at CarSure Rotherham. I recently purchased a second run around from here and I got home and found a couple of very minor issues. There was no problems from CarSure who straight away were on hand to fix the issues and also offer a courtesy car for the duration of the repairs. Prior to my purchase the process was made so easy by the team, offering an MOT, Service and Cambelt change all in with the deal. What more could you ask for when buying a new car, I looked at a lot of cars before my purchase and some of them offer a very questionable sevice indeed, not these guys true caring car people!! The service, professionalism and aftercare given to myself by Brett and the team has been second to none and I will reccomend anyone looking for a new motor to consider the stock list at carsure.
